Who we are
Greens Property Developers is a land development company creating farmland and nature-retreat projects in the green foothills of the Western Ghats. Every project begins with the land itself — its water, its access, its surroundings — and we only take up locations we would be proud to own ourselves.
Led by Mr. Rajan, Managing Director
Our Managing Director, Mr. Rajan, personally oversees each project, from land selection and approvals to the handover of every plot. Buyers can meet him and the team at the site to understand the project and its documents first-hand.
How we work
- Clear documentation — title and approval documents are shared for your review before booking.
- See before you buy — site visits are arranged on any day; NRI buyers can take a live video tour.
- Thoughtful development — we respect the natural landscape and keep projects low-density.
- Support after purchase — our team stays reachable for registration, fencing, farming and upkeep questions.
Our projects
Our current project is Amaya River Retreat in Attappadi, Kerala. New projects will be listed on our Projects page as they launch.
